From 09/01/2008. to 13/01/2008 the European cup Skate Helena competition will be held for the first time, in Belgrade.
The European cup Skate Helena is just one of five European criteria competitions. The other four competitions will be held in Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, and Italy. Over 200 clubs from across Europe and 1000 skaters compete in the European criteria competitions. These competitions are one of the most popular in Europe for younger categories. Depending on the placement of the skater, their club earns a certain amount of points, and at the end of all five competitions the points are added. Clubs are then ranked by the amount of points they have.
